Pagkarahay Murals: Street Artists Breathe Life to Derelict Walls
Country’s leading muralists and street artists travelled to Pili, Camarines Sur to participate in Pagkarahay Festival on February 24-25, 2018.
Muralists revamped unused walls and burnt buildings of Central Bicol State University, and painted the massive firewall of Pili Municipal Hall. With their striking images, they gave life to boring walls and buildings.
Dex Fernandez filled idle walls of the university with his iconic rounded, many-legged character; while Archie and Aleli Oclos gave tribute to farmers with their agriculture-themed mural paintings.
